Alinma Future Bankers Program Empowers the Next Generation of Saudi Financial Leaders

17 February, 2026

In partnership with The Financial Academy, Kaplan proudly supports the Alinma Future Bankers Program, which has welcomed over 45 high-potential Saudi graduates. This initiative bridges the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience, preparing graduates to thrive in Saudi Arabia’s evolving financial sector.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the program equips participants with hands-on experience, expert-led workshops, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge banking practices. Graduates gain the skills and confidence to take on leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom’s financial industry.

“This program reflects our shared commitment to nurturing homegrown talent and empowering the next generation of financial leaders,” said Rahul Sonthalia, Commercial Director at Kaplan Professional MENA.
